Greetings from Prince of Songkla University, Thailand!

 

Prince of Songkla University (PSU) is a renowned public university in Thailand, named after His Royal Highness Prince Mahidol Adulyadej, the father of modern medicine and public health in Thailand. Established in 1967, PSU has campuses located in five provinces: Hat Yai, Pattani, Phuket, Surat Thani, and Trang.

We are pleased to inform you that the application for PSU Doctoral Studies Scholarship 2026 is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students. 

 

Admission Requirement

 

Key Details of the Scholarship:
  • Tuition fee waiver for doctoral studies
  • Open to staff and faculty members of Indonesian universities with an active MoU with PSU
  • Applicable to research-based doctoral programs (thesis only)
  •  Limited number of places available
Fields of Study:
  • Social Development Administration (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences)
  • Polymer Technology (Faculty of Science and Technology)
  • Research Methodology and Data Analytics (Faculty of Science and Technology)
  • Islamic and Muslim Studies (Faculty of Islamic Sciences)

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Apply directly to Prince of Songkla University. Kindly refer to this link
  2. The deadline is Until May 2026 for online applications and 29 May 2026 for announcement of eligible candidates
  3. The FINAL decision is from Prince of Songkla University

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
  • In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
