General information about the Summer School program
PROGRAM BENEFITS
- PTIT Summer School 2026 is is tentatively scheduled to take place from 15 June to 30 June 2026, and designed for students in the fields of Information Technology, Design, and Communication.

We are delighted to inform you that all UGM students participating in the program will receive full financial support, including 100% coverage of the program fee and on-campus accommodation at PTIT’s dormitories. Should students prefer not to stay in the dormitories, they may arrange alternative accommodation independently, and PTIT will be happy to provide recommendations for suitable options nearby.

In addition to academic activities, the program will also offer opportunities for students to engage in Vietnamese cultural experiences and site visits, enriching their overall learning experience.
ELIGIBILITY
- Undergraduate students (S1) or Graduate students (S2/S3)
- Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Be proficient in English

- Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)
- Letter of Recommendation from the Academic Advisor

- Motivation Letter
- Colored Copy of Passport
- Confirmation Letter of Participation (download)
- Passport Size Photo
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Submit the aforementioned documents to UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication no later than 20 January 2025 for internal review.
- OIA staff will evaluate your application. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will confirm your official nomination to PTIT and you may proceed to the online application.
- The FINAL decision is from PTIT.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
- In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
