ASEAN Summer @NTU provides a global learning experience for outstanding ASEAN undergraduates with strong academic standing and leadership potential to cultivate essential 21st Century skillsets to excel in today’s dynamic workforce and acquire a global mindset while fostering a sustained regional network of friends for the future development of ASEAN.
In 2025, Sustainable Futures will join Entrepreneurship & Innovation as the second track of the ASEAN Summer @NTU.

Track 1: Entrepreneurship & Innovation (4.5-week) Programme Dates: Wed, 25 June – Sat, 26 July 2025
Track 2: Sustainable Futures (2.5-week) Programme Dates: Wed, 25 June – Sat, 12 July 2025 |
ELIGIBILITY
- Undergraduate students (S1) (minimum 2nd year)
- Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Be proficient in English
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Letter of Enrollment from Faculty
- Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)
- Official Academic Transcript
- English Language Proficiency
- Letter of Recommendation from the Academic Advisor
- Curriculum Vitae
- Motivation Letter: A 200-word letter written by the applicant on why you deserves to be part of the ASEAN Summer @NTU programme.
- Colored Scanned Copy of Passport
- Passport Size Photo
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Submit the aforementioned documents to UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication no later than 9 April 2025 for internal review.
- OIA staff will evaluate your application. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will confirm your official nomination to Nanyang Technological University and you may proceed to the online application no later than 15 April 2025.
- The FINAL decision is from Nanyang Technological University.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
- In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id
