Greetings from Kansai University, Japan!  

Kansai University, located in Osaka, Japan, is a prestigious institution known for its commitment to academic excellence and innovation. We are pleased to inform you that the application for Kansai University Summer Short Term Program is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students.

 

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROGRAM 

Intensive Japanese Language and Culture Course (IJLC)

Schedule

  • Winter 1:
    Tuesday, January 14, 2025 – Thursday, February 6, 2025, 24 days
  • Winter 2:
    Wednesday, February 12, 2025 – Wednesday, February 26, 2025, 15 days
Application period:
  • Winter 1:
    Late September, 2024 – October 31, 2024  Strict to the deadline
  • Winter 2:
    Late September, 2024 – Wednesday, November 20, 2024  Strict to the deadline
Capacity:
  • The program will be limited to 45 participants in principle.
Notes:
  • Application will open around late September, 2024.
  • Please kindly note that even before the application deadline, we may close the application as soon as we reach the fixed number of applicants.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
  • In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id
