[Japan] Nara Women’s University – Virtual Winter Program Soramitsu 2024

Greetings from Nara Women’s University, Japan!

Nara Women’s University is a public university located in Nara, Japan. Established in 1901, it is one of the oldest women’s universities in Japan and is dedicated to the education and empowerment of women. The university offers undergraduate and graduate programs in various fields including humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, education, and nursing. With a focus on gender studies, the university aims to cultivate leaders who can contribute to society and promote gender equality. We are pleased to inform you that the application for Nara Women’s University Virtual Winter Program Soramitsu 2024 is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students.

 

PROGRAM INFORMATION

The Soramitsu program will be conducted in Japanese and students will learn Japanese language and culture through lectures, seminars and interaction with NWU students.

  • Period: January 7, 8, 20, 27, 2024
  • Credits: 2 credits
  • Costs: No tuition fees and admission fees
  • Application Deadline: 30 November 2023

 

ELIGIBILITY

  1. Undergraduate students (S1) or Graduate students (S2/S3)
  2. Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
  3. Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  4. Be proficient in Japanese (Equivalent level of JLPT N3)
