We are pleased to inform you that the application for Management & Science University (MSU) Summer Programme (MySPINE) is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students.

 

PROGRAM INFORMATION

SDG Summer Programme; MySPINES at MSU on 7th -18th August 2023! Many activities included such as Kuala Lumpur Tour, Community Engagement (CSR), and Industry Visit. MySPINE stands for Myopia Screening, Prevention, Intervention Management: A National Eye-health Study. This program will expose the students as vision screeners and join the community engagement to provide the vision screening to the underserved community with eye health such as urban poor and indigenous community. Students will learn the step-by-step procedure of simple vision screening using the module developed by Optometry and Visual Sciences researchers. Then students will be brought to the community to assist the optometrists or ophthalmologist when doing the eye examination.
