About this course

Philosophy is a discipline for discussing basic questions about ourselves, our world and our relations to the world. Philosophical inquiry is therefore not restricted to any particular subject matter. This course will introduce the student to several philosophical thoughts from classic to contemporary era as well as the branch of philosophy and the classification of speculative and applicative philosophy.

In this course, students will learn several theories and ideas which were given by philosophers both from the tradition of the West and the East. For instance, students will be introduced with the Greek Philosophers, Roman Philosophers, Medieval Philosopher, Modern, until Contemporary Philosophers. Besides, we are going to discuss more the main branches of philosophy such as Metaphysics, Epistemology, and Axiology, as well as, some other branches like Ethics, Social Philosophy, Political Philosophy, Aesthetics, Logic etc.

  • 2 courses, you can apply to ‘GAMA-iC Spring Semester 2022 (2 courses)’
  • 3 courses, you can apply to ‘GAMA-iC Spring Semester 2022 (3 courses)’
  1. After that, you need to fill this form to select your course
  2. You will receive Letter of Offer before January, 12th 2021 and you need to pay the tuition fee based on your Letter of Offer (LO)
  3. After we received your payment, you will receive your Letter of Acceptance (LoA)
