CONCERNING THE TYPES OF ACTIVITIES FOR FOREIGNERS FOR THE PROVISION OF VISA DURING HANDLING THE SPREAD OF CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 AND THE NATIONAL ECONOMIC RECOVERY

Menimbang:

Considering;

  1. Bahwa dalam rangka mendukung pemulihan ekonomi nasional di bidang wisata, perfilman, dan penyelenggaraan pendidikan, perlu menambahkan jenis kegaiatan orang asing dalam rangka pemberian visa.

That to support the recovery of the national economy in the fields of tourism, film, and education, it is necessary to add the types of activities of foreigners in the context of granting visas)

Bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana dimaksud pada huruf a, perlu menetapkan Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia tentang perubahan atas Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Nomor M.HH-02.GR.01.05 TAHUN 2021 tentang Jneis Kegiatan Orang Asing dalam Rangka Pemberian Visa Selama Masa Penanganan Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019 Dan Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional;

Based on the considerations as referred to in letter a, it is necessary to stipulate a Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia regarding amendments to the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M.HH-02.GR.01.05 THE YEAR 2021 concerning Types of Activities of Foreigners in the Context of Giving Visa During the Handling Period of Corona Virus Disease 2019 Spread and National Economic Recovery;

Mengingat:

Menetapkan: KEPUTUSAN MENTERI HUKUM DAN HAK ASASI MANUSIA TENTANG PERUBAHAN ATAS KEPUTUSAN MENTERI HUKUM DAN HAK ASASI MANUSIA NOMOR M.HH-02.GR.01.05 TAHUN 2021 TENTANG JENIS KEGIATAN ORANG ASING DALAM RANGKA PEMBERIAN VISA SELAMA MASA PENANGANAN PENYEBARAN CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 DAN PEMULIHAN EKONOMI NASIONAL

To enact: DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA REGARDING AMENDMENTS TO THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS NUMBER M.HH-02.GR.01.05 THE YEAR 2021 CONCERNING TYPES OF ACTIVITIES OF FOREIGNERS IN THE CONTEXT OF GIVING VISA DURING THE HANDLING PERIOD OF CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 SPREAD AND NATIONAL ECONOMIC RECOVERY

FIRST: Define activities

  1. Wisata dan pembuatan film sebagai jenis kegiatan Visa kunjungan dengan indeks Visa B211A

Tourism and filmmaking as a type of activity Visit visa with Visa index B211A

  1. Melakukan kegiatan dalam rangka pembuatan film yang bersifat komersial dan telah mendapat izin dari instansi yang berwenang sebagai jenis kegiatan visa tinggal terbatas dengan indeks visa C312

Conducting activities in the context of making commercial films and having obtained permission from the competent authority as a type of limited stay visa activity with a visa index of C312

  1. Mengikuti pendidikan sebagai jenis kegiatan visa tinggal terbatas dengan indeks visa C316

Attending education as a type of limited stay visa activity with visa index C316

KEDUA : mengubah lampiran Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi manusia Republik Indonesia nomor M.HH-02.GR.01.05 Tahun 2021 tentang jenis Kegiatan Orang Asing dalam Rangka Pemberian Visa selama Masa Penanganan Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019 dan Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional, sebagaimana tercantum dalam lampiran sebagai bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari Keputusan Menteri ini.

SECOND: amending the attachment to the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia number M.HH-02.GR.01.05 of 2021 concerning types of Foreigner Activities in the Context of Granting Visas during the Handling Period for the Spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 and National Economic Recovery, as stated in attachment as an integral part of this Ministerial Decree.

KETIGA : Keputusan Menteri ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal ditetapkan.

THIRD : This Ministerial Decree shall come into force on the date of stipulation.
