We are pleased to inform you that the application for Chulalongkorn University Student Exchange Program in Spring 2022 is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students.

Eligibility
- 3rd to 6th-semester undergraduate students (S1)
- 3rd to 4th-semester graduate students (S2/S3)
- Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
- Be proficient in English. Non-native English speakers must have a score of at least TOEFL iBT 79, TOEFL CBT 213, TOEFL PBT 550, or IELTS 6.0
- Be willing and committed to spend one semester or one whole year at Chulalongkorn University, depending on what program you’ll choose.

- Curriculum Vitae
- Statement of Purpose (SOP) of 500-800 words
- Official Academic Transcript record (issued in English)
- Study Plan
- Two reference letters from academic advisors
- Letter of Enrollment from Faculty
- Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)
- English Language Proficiency Certificate
- Copy of passport photo identification page (The passport must be valid for at least 6 months before its expiry date and it is advisable that the validity of the passport should cover the students’ whole exchange period at Chulalongkorn University.)
- Passport picture (on white background)

Application Procedures
- Submit the aforementioned documents to UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication no later than August 25th, 2021 for internal review.
- OIA staff will evaluate your application. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will confirm your official nomination to Chulalongkorn University and you may proceed to the online application.
- The FINAL decision is from Chulalongkorn University
IMPORTANT NOTES:

- In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
- In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
- Please note that this announcement does not guarantee that our exchange activities can definitely operate in the Spring semester and the schedule is subject to change, depending on the upcoming pandemic situation
