Warm greetings from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in Spain!
The program comprises a training offer of 28 undergraduate subjects from all academic fields (Sciences, Biosciences, Health Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Social and Legal Sciences and Engineering) and takes place from late June to the end of July once the ordinary academic year is over. The courses are mostly taught in English even though a few of them are taught in Spanish, where students can earn from 6 to 12 ECTS in two 3-week periods. Moreover, students who sign up before the 30th of April will get a 20% early bird discount!

Eligibility
- Undergraduate students (S1)
- Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
Application Procedures
- Submit the aforementioned documents to the Online Application on the university’s website.
- Fill the UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication for the nomination letter from UGM.
- The FINAL decision from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
- In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id).
- Application of outgoing mobility programs for AY 2021/2022 will be processed but the implementation/execution will carefully consider the latest development of COVID-19 and government’s regulation.
