Eligibility

  1. Vocational School students (SV)
  2. Undergraduate students (S1)
  3. Graduate students (S2/S3)

Required Documents

  1. Application Package
  2. Letter of Enrollment from Faculty
  3. Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)

Application Procedure

  1. Finish the application to Samara University Online Summer Schools 2021 directly. (Application is possible via the link) before the due date of each program.
  2. Submit all documents to the Office of International Affairs, UGM for only if you need an official nomination. to UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication.
  3. OIA will send your nomination to Samara University.
  4. THE FINAL decision from Samara University.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Submission of all documents to the Office of International Affairs UGM is not mandatory. It is only for students who would like to get the official nomination/recommendation from UGM. Therefore, the submission to Samara University directly is enough. 
  • In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
