The goal of Hungarian Language – Hungarian Studies training is to increase the Hungarian language competence and Hungarology knowledge acquired at universities outside Hungary. The programme provides a great opportunity for participants to actively explore Hungary and contemporary Hungarian culture. The accredited training programme affiliated with the University of Pécs, offers 26–55 ECTS credit points. The training programme is coordinated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. There are three types of curricula (A, B, C) available according to the different language competence of students.
We are pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary for the credit-based Hungarian Language and Hungarian Studies Programme in the academic year of 2021/2022 is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada staff and students.

Eligibility
- Universitas Gadjah Mada students or staff or other civitas academica of UGM that are not older than 35 years old.
- Be proficient in English.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Finish the online application to host website directly before 29th April 2021
- THE FINAL decision from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id).
- Application of outgoing mobility programs for fall semester in AY 2021/2022 will be processed but the implementation/execution will carefully consider the latest development of COVID-19 and government’s regulation.
