Warm greetings from Imam Khomeini International University, Iran!
Khomeini International University is an international Iranian University established after the Islamic Revolution. IKIU is a worldwide university. In January 1984, the Iranian Parliament approved the draft IKIU Constitution. The board of directors, chairman, and council are constituent bodies of the IKIU. Education, Research, and Student and Culture leaders are some of the main departments. More than 100 000 books and magazines are available in the Sciences and Technology Park and central libraries.
Imam Khomeini International University has set up the Brilliant-Talent students’ office to honor top students, provide educational and health services, and encourage and direct students. It consists of seven faculties. Students from over 96 nations, as well as language laboratories, libraries, and computer sites, were housed at the Persian Language Teaching Centre. Founding member of Iran’s first-ever Persian Language Department, Amirreza Vakilifard aims at international learners. Since 1995 in Qazvin, Iran, he is teaching Persian to foreign students.

Notes :
Imam Khomeini International University offers a limited number of scholarships for international students. This scholarship covers the educational fees of the university. The accepted students can use other facilities of this university for living cost allowance. If you are interested, please tick the place for a scholarship when you are sending the application.
Eligibility
- Undergraduate students (S1), Graduate Students (S2 & S3)
- Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
- Be proficient in English. Non-native English speakers must have a score of at least TOEFL ITP 550, TOEFL iBT 79 or IELTS 6.5.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
- In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
- Application of outgoing mobility for fall/odd semester in AY 2020/2021 will be processed but the implementation/execution will carefully consider the latest development of COVID-19 and government’s regulation.
