[This program is self-funded]

As agreed at the 1st AUN Student Affairs Meeting in Manila in 2016, the ASEAN Experiential Learning Programme (AELP) was initiated by Universiti Utara Malaysia as the host university for AUN Student Affairs Network. AELP aims to provide a platform for tertiary students to undergo experiential learning through knowledge sharing and hands on activities between the participants regarding common social, economic and environmental issues affecting the ASEAN region. It is envisaged that the knowledge and experience gained from the programme will be useful when they return home and if faced with possible national and/or regional incidents, the participants would be ready to share their experiences and help manage the situation.
