Greetings from Malaysia!

Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) is a public university located in Kedah, Malaysia. Converge Rural Urban Cultural Exchange Programme

 

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

  • Dates & Venue: 1 August – 6 August 2026 at Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia.
  • Academic Focus: Exchange academic insights, particularly in management and leadership, through seminars and workshops.
  • Cultural & Social Activities: Exposure to the Malaysian lifestyle and culture through cultural exchange activities, traditional heritage experiences, and community engagement via CSR programs.
  • Logistics & Fees: A participation fee of USD 227.00 per delegate applies. This fee comprehensively covers accommodation, local transportation within Malaysia, meals, and all scheduled program activities.

 

ELIGIBILITY

  • Active undergraduate students (S1) or Graduate students (S2/S3).
  • Interested in management, leadership, and cultural exchange

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE Apply directly to Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). Kindly refer to the program representative, Muhammad Izuan, via WhatsApp at +60 18-9581 560 to request the application form and payment guidelines. The FINAL decision is from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
  • In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
