[France] Aix-Marseille Université – Summer French Program

Aix-Marseille Université invites Universitas Gadjah Mada students to participate in their Summer French Language Program 2026, organized by the University Language Center (SUL). Located in the heart of Provence, this program offers an immersive environment to strengthen your French language skills while experiencing vibrant French culture in an international academic setting.

We are pleased to inform you that the application for the Aix-Marseille Summer French Program is now open for UGM students.

PROGRAM SESSIONS (40 Hours of Instruction per Session)
Students may choose to participate in one or more of the following 2-week sessions:

• Session 1: 1 June – 12 June 2026
• Session 2: 15 June – 26 June 2026
• Session 3: 29 June – 10 July 2026
• Session 4: 25 August – 4 September 2026

 

ELIGIBILITY & FEES

• Active UGM undergraduate and graduate students.
• Program Fee: €500 per session (Special discounted rate for UGM as a partner university; regular fee is €550).
• Accommodation: Housing may be available in CROUS student residences close to the campus. However, as availability is limited and not guaranteed, students are strongly advised to apply early.

2. Send an email to register and request application forms directly via: sul-scol@univ-amu.fr
3. Application Deadlines:

  • Session 2 Deadline: 1 June 2026
  • Session 3 Deadline: 15 June 2026
  • Session 4 Deadline: 11 August 2026

1. The FINAL decision is from Aix-Marseille Université

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

• In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
• In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
