Okayama University is pleased to announce the opening of applications for their 2026 Online Courses, offered exclusively to students at partner institutions. This year, Okayama University is offering four distinct courses focused on transdisciplinary art, social issues, and sustainability within the Seto Inland Sea region.
We are pleased to inform you that the application for the Okayama University Online Courses 2026 is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS & COURSES
All courses are conducted entirely online. Students may choose to apply for one or multiple courses based on the schedule below:

Course 1: Social Issues Reflected in Artworks of the Seto Inland Sea

ELIGIBILITY & FEES
- Active UGM undergraduate or graduate students.
- Funding: Tuition is 100% Free for students enrolled at partner institutions (including UGM).
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Students must apply directly to Okayama University following their specified timelines.
- Review the course syllabi and requirements via the Okayama University Website.
- Follow the direct application instructions provided on their portal before the respective course deadline. (Note: Okayama University will be closed for a holiday from May 1 to May 6. Inquiries will be answered starting May 7).
- The FINAL decision is from Okayama University.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
- In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
