The University of Cadiz (UCA) invites Universitas Gadjah Mada students to participate in the Erasmus+ KA171 Student Mobility Program for the 2026-2027 academic year. This program offers a unique opportunity to study in Spain, experience European academic culture, and transfer credits back to your home degree.
We are pleased to inform you that the application for the University of Cadiz (UCA) Erasmus+ Mobility Program 2026-2027 is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students
QUOTA & FUNDING STRUCTURE
This program operates on a highly competitive Ranked Tier system
- Rank 1 (1 Student): Awarded the full Erasmus+ Grant (covers travel support and a monthly living stipend).
- Ranks 2, 3, and 4 (3 Students): Awarded “Zero-Grant” Mobility. Note: Zero-grant students receive a full tuition fee waiver at the University of Cadiz but must self-fund all travel, accommodation, and living expenses.
ELIGIBILITY
- Undergraduate students (S1) or Graduate students (S2/S3)
- Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Be proficient in English

- Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)
- Letter of Recommendation from the Academic Advisor
- Curriculum Vitae
- Motivation Letter
- Colored Copy of Passport
- Confirmation Letter of Participation (download)
- Passport Size Photo
- Other document required from the university
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Submit the aforementioned documents to UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication no later than 20 April 2026 for internal review.
- OIA staff will evaluate your application. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will confirm your official nomination to University of Cádiz and you may proceed to the online application no later than [THE PROGRAM DATES].
- The FINAL decision is from University of Cádiz
IMPORTANT NOTES
- In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
- In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
