We are pleased to inform you that the application for the Delightful Istanbul Summer School 2026 is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students. UGM has been exclusively granted two unconditional 50% scholarships for this program.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS & COURSES
Students can choose from 11 credit-bearing courses, including:

1. ADMINISTRATIVE SCIENCES
   Brand Management – Blended Mobility 6 ECTS
   Digital Marketing – Blended Mobility 5 ECTS
   International Organizations & World Politics – Blended Mobility 5 ECTS
   SAP Integration of BUsiness Processes – Blended Mobility 5 ECTS
2. FACULTY OF ENGINEERING
   Multi Criteria Decision Making – Blended Mobility 5 ECTS
3. FACULTY OF ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN ‘NEW’
   Istanbul as a Living Laboratory – Urban Analysis & Architectural Mapping 6 ECTS
4. FACULTY OF FINE ARTS
   Art, History and Heritage of Anatolia -Blended Mobility 5 ECTS
   Culinary Art of Anatolia ( Master Chef) 3 ECTS
5. FACULTY OF MEDICINE
   Genetics and Medical Biotechnology -Blended Mobility 6 ECTS
   Neuroscience -Blended Mobility 6 ECTS
6. LANGUAGE PROGRAM ( Open to faculty and administrative staff too)
   Introduction to Turkish Language & Culture -Blended Mobility 5 ECTS

 

ELIGIBILITY

1. Undergraduate students (S1) or Graduate students (S2/S3)
2. Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program

 

FEES & SCHOLARSHIPS

• Exclusive UGM Scholarship: Two selected students will receive a 50% discount on the program fee.
• Standard Fees: The Early Bird Fee is 950 Euros (apply by March 27). The Regular Fee is 1,100 Euros (apply by June 25).

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Apply directly to Istanbul Aydın University. Kindly refer to [kasih link kalo mereka punya application guide/ website buat apply]
2. The deadline is March 27 for the Early Bird Fee and June 25 for Regular Fee
3. The FINAL decision is from Istanbul Aydın University
   

IMPORTANT NOTES

• In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
• In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
