Greetings from Doshisha University, Kyoto!

Doshisha University is a private university located in Kyoto, Japan. It was founded in 1875 by Protestant educator Joseph Hardy Neesima, with the aim of providing a liberal arts education based on Christian principles. Today, Doshisha University is one of the most prestigious universities in Japan, known for its strong emphasis on international education and its commitment to social responsibility. The university offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs in fields such as humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, engineering, law, and business. With a diverse student body and a thriving campus community, Doshisha University is a vibrant and dynamic place to study and learn.

Details Program

 

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Doshisha Summer Session 2026” is a 4-week Japanese language program held at the Doshisha University Imadegawa Campus in Kyoto. In addition to intensive Japanese language study, participants will deepen their understanding of Kyoto and Japanese culture through classes and a variety of cultural experience programs. Doshisha University students will participate in classes as study partners to support Japanese language learning.

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  3. The FINAL decision is from Doshisha University.
