We are pleased to inform you that the application for University of Groningen ‘Supporting Teachers who Support Student Transition – START’ Erasmus+ Online Free Dissemination 2024 is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada academics who teach 1st year undergraduates.
PROGRAM INFORMATION
START focuses on transition to Higher Education and on how academics who teach 1st-year undergraduates can become even better in supporting diverse students in this transition. The idea is to reach academics who teach first year undergraduate students (regardless of the area of studies) and those who offer professional development activities to academics. Even though the primary target of the project is European, the subject matter may well be of interest to you, and you are very welcome to join. This year we have interviewed students, academics, faculty developers and others who work to support students in transition to identify what teachers can do to better support diverse students in transition to higher education and have developed a Self-Assessment tool for those teaching 1st-year undergraduates based on the data collected.
