[Scholarship] Lingnan University Undergraduate Admission and Scholarship Program

Lignan University is pleased to inform you that applications for admission to undergraduate programmes for the 2022-2023 academic year, which begins in September 2022, are now open.  Local and Non-Local Student Scholarships are also open for applications now.

Eligibility 

  1. Completion of SMA Ijazah (Senior High School Graduation Certificate) 
  2. Be proficient in English. A TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based test); or a score of 79 (internet-based test / iBT Home Edition); or an overall score of 60 (Paper-delivered Test) (October 2017 onwards) or Overall band score of 6.0 in IELTS Academic Module is needed.
  3. The Scholarship will be awarded to a student who has good academic standing and a good track record in community services.
  4. For candidates of comparable academic merits, preference will be given to the candidate with better proven records of community services.

Application Procedure

  1. Plan for your study: Please study the details of our undergraduate programmes by clicking here or Admissions Brochure before making up your study plan.
  2. Read the application procedures and instructions: Please read carefully the application procedures and Instructions for Completing Online Application before you apply. The application period for admission is from 28 September 2021 to 17 May 2022 (Early Round application closes on 7 December 2021).  Online applications received after 17 May 2022 will be regarded as late applications. Late applicants have a lower chance of being admitted. No applications will be accepted after 28 July 2022.
  3. Check admission requirements. Please check the admission requirements for eligibility of application. 
  4. Create online application account. You can create ONE application account and submit up to three choices of UGC-funded undergraduate programmes in the account via the Online Admission System.  Please select “Undergraduate Programmes (Direct Admission) Government-funded” in the “Application Type” section.

  • The FINAL decision of participants is from Lignan University
  • This is an undergraduate scholarship, eligible ONLY for high school graduates.
