[France] UniLaSalle – Students Exchange Program for Spring 2022

Greetings from UniLaSalle, France!

UniLaSalle is one of the best French engineering school that is focusing on earth, life, environmental, energy, and digital sciences. Was founded in 1854 by the Brothers of the Christian Schools, UniLaSalle stands true to its values, such as openness and humanism, also advocating education for all. Now, UniLasalle has about 3800 students and 4 campuses that are located in Beauvais, Rouen, Rennes, and Amiens, France.

We are pleased to inform you that the Application for UniLaSalle Students Exchange Program for Spring 2022 is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students. There will be two programs offered & taught fully in English:

France Covid-19 Precaution

Eligibility

  • 6th-semester undergraduate students (S1)
  • 3rd to 4th-semester graduate students (S2)
  • Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program

Required Documents

  1. Curriculum Vitae (written in French or English – depending on the program)
  2. Cover Letter (explaining the motivation to join the relevant program)
  3. Official Academic Transcript (last three years, translated in English or French)
  4. English Language Proficiency (Min. Score of TOEFL iBT 88 or IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 785)
  5. French Language Proficiency (if applicants choose french-taught courses. French B1 (Delf) certificate is needed)
  6. Colored Copy of Passport
  7. One Portrait Photo (recently taken)
  8. Letter of Enrollment from Faculty
  9. Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)
  10. Confirmation Letter of Participation (download)

[After Admission Confirmed]

  1. Learning Agreement
  2. Accommodation form
  3. Proof of health insurance for the stay in France (further info will be communicated to the student)

Application Procedure

  1. Submit the aforementioned documents to the Office of International Affairs, UGM  in softcopy (compiled in 1 PDF File) to UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication no later than September 10th, 2021 for internal review
  2. OIA staff will evaluate your application.
  3. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will send your nomination to UniLaSalle for host-university selection.
  4. THE FINAL decision is from UniLaSalle

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
  • In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
  • Application of outgoing mobility for spring/even semester in AY 2020/2021 will be processed but the implementation/execution will carefully consider the latest development of COVID-19 and the government’s regulation.
