Warm greetings from Radboud University, Netherlands!
Radboud University is a public university with a strong focus on research located in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. The university bears the name of Saint Radboud, a 9th century Dutch bishop who was known for his intellect and support of the underprivileged.
Radboud Summer School is a relatively young, but already renowned European academic event. Ever since the start in 2014 the summer school has grown quite substantially. In the summer of 2019 more than 850 students, researchers and professionals from 75 countries joined us.
Our short and intensive summer courses will challenge and inspire you. Our personal style of teaching offers you plenty of opportunity to work closely with leading researchers and excellent teachers. The group size of our courses is usually not larger than 25 participants which enables you to get to know each other well and have close contact with the course leaders and lecturers.
Most courses are one-week-courses; perfect to add to your summer holiday plans without having to give up your entire holiday. During the day, you will submerge yourself fulltime in lectures, group work, and sometimes even field trips – depending on the course programme.
