  2. OIA staff will evaluate your application. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will confirm your official nomination to Ustunomiya University and you may proceed to the online application.
  3. The FINAL decision is from Ustunomiya University.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • The applicant is not eligible to apply for the exchange program if the applicant is going to graduate before the end of the exchange period.

This program is approved by the JASSO (Japan Student Services Organization scholarship program. Students from Meiji University partner institutions who meet the criteria set by JASSO can receive the scholarship (80,000 yen) at the end of the program. For details, please see the website.

[Spain] CONSORCIO TRANSFRONTEU Erasmus+ Studies Incoming Exchange Spring 2025 at University of Cádiz (UCA) & University of Malaga (UM)

The Transfronteu Consortium of which the University of Cadiz is part together with the University of Huelva and the University of Malaga have launched the Call KA171-SMS-IN-24-25 for Incoming Student Mobility for Study Purposes for the second semester (February-September 2025).

The Erasmus+ KA171 SMS IN (Incoming Student Mobility for Study Purposes) programme offers students from partner universities in non-associated third countries (Universitas Gadjah Mada) the possibility to carry out a study stay at the University of Cadiz and the University of Malaga during the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025, with the possibility of acquiring an intercultural experience abroad, becoming familiar with other higher education systems and meeting young people from other countries, thus contributing to the process of international integration.

Beneficiary students will be exempted from tuition fees and will be able to use UCA facilities at no additional cost (excluding services whose fees are also applicable to UCA students). In addition to the above, students will receive a grant financed with Erasmus+ funds for travel and subsistence (see point IV DURATION AND FINANCIAL AID).

Who can apply? The calls are open to Bachelor, Master and Doctorate students enrolled in a program at Universitas Gadjah Mada but preferably Master and Doctorate to do research.

AVAILABLE SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

The Académie de Recherche et d’Enseignement Supérieur (ARES) provides a number of scholarships worldwide, with the aim of encouraging students to participate in this specialized master and become active members of scientific research and public health projects.

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  • The application deadline with the ARES Scholarship is 18 October 2024
  • The application without the ARES Scholarship will open on 16 February 2025 and closed on 31 March 2025.
