Greetings from India!

The Office of Institutional Advancement and Strategic Global Engagement (IASGE) at O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) invites international scholars to apply for the Naveen Jindal Young Global Research Fellowship (NJYGRF), 2025–2026 Cohort. Scheduled for June 2026 at the Delhi NCR campus, this fully supported one-month program is designed for early-career researchers aiming to engage in interdisciplinary research and collaborate with global peers.

We are pleased to inform you that the application for the NJYGRF June 2026 Cohort is now open for eligible Universitas Gadjah Mada academicians and researchers.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS & BENEFITS

  • Duration: 1 Month (June 2026).
  • Academic Support: One-on-one mentorship with senior JGU faculty, research workshops, and access to global library resources.
  • Financial Support: Complimentary on-campus accommodation, 3 meals per day, airport pick-up/drop-off, visa support, health insurance, cultural trips, and publication incentives. (Note: International flight tickets are not explicitly covered).

 

ELIGIBILITY

  • Early-career scholars, emerging researchers, and academicians (UGM junior faculty, post-doctoral researchers, or PhD candidates).
  • Open to scholars from across all disciplines.

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Applicants must apply directly to O.P. Jindal Global University.
  2. Access the official application portal from this link
  3. The direct application deadline is 10 April 2026.
  4. The FINAL decision is from O.P. Jindal Global University.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
  • In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable. The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id)
