UniLaSalle Amiens Campus is hosting a Summer Programme entitled “Robotics and the World of Tomorrow” from July 1st to 8th. The program focuses on state-of-the-art developments, robotic architecture, and control systems, combining practical simulation sessions with cultural exchanges. The programme fee for partner university students is €1300, which includes working-day lunches, shared accommodation, cultural visit transportation, and access to courses and laboratories.
We are pleased to inform you that the application for the “Robotics and the World of Tomorrow” Summer Programme is now open for Universitas Gadjah Mada students.
ELIGIBILITY
- Master’s students in robotics or related fields.
- Possess a solid background in mathematics, basic programming skills, and an understanding of control systems or automation.
- Have a recommended English proficiency of B1 level (or equivalent) to actively participate in lectures and practical sessions.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Completed application form
- Curriculum Vitae
- Certificate or attestation of English proficiency
- Latest university transcripts (in English)
- Copy of passport
- Personal statement of interest
- Proof of international Health Insurance coverage
- Proof of Liability Insurance coverage
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Apply directly to UniLaSalle.
- Kindly submit the required documents via email to Cécile WU (Qingrong.wu@unilasalle.fr) and Laurent BAROUX (Laurent.baroux@unilasalle.fr).
- The deadline is 6 April 2026. The FINAL decision is from UniLaSalle.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- In the meantime, the students are required to keep the hard file of all documents until further notice by the Office of International Affairs.
- In case the faculty could not provide the letter of enrollment and nomination during this period, the official nomination through email from the faculty is acceptable.
- The official nomination could be delivered to head-oia@ugm.ac.id (cc to scholarship@ugm.ac.id). Erasmus+ Note: Erasmus+ mobility grants may be used for this program, subject to eligibility confirmation at the home institution.
