Chubu University are opening the applications for admission to the 2011 Spring Semester. Universitas Gadjah Mada have a chance to nominate a student for the JASSO scholarship (this nomination does not guarantee that the student will receive an award).  The Spring Semester will start at March 15, 2011.

Requirement

• Student from Faculty of Biology, Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Engineering, and Faculty of Psychology
• Student who are able to speak Japanese

Required Documents

1. Surat pencalonan dari Dekan di tujukan kepada Kepala Kantor Urusan Internasional UGM (Bahasa Indonesia)
2. Certificate of Enrollment
3. Original or Certified Copy of Academic Transcript (min GPA 3.0)
4. 8 ID Photos (3×4cm)
5. Copy of Score Report of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test
6. Copy of Information Page of Passport
7. Chubu University Application Form (please go to OIA UGM to copy the form)

Document Submission

Submit 2 copies of your documents to Office of International Affairs UGM no later than September 1st, 2010 3.00PM
