Fukushima City is the capital city of Fukushima Prefecture. Humanitarian Affairs will be organising the Oxford Symposium 2014 at Oxford University, United Kingdom from July 16 to 18, 2014.

The Oxford Symposium will focus on youth’s potential and their roles in effecting change through profit-generating ventures that challenge conventional social welfare practices.

This program is open to students from the 100 leading universities according to the UK Web World Ranking with a cumulative GPA score of 3.5 and above.Those who do not meet the minimum qualifications may still apply by registering as an official delegate of the 4th University Scholars Leadership Symposium in Manila, Philippines from August 1 to 7, 2013. Official delegates could take the Oxford Symposium’s Assessment Test at the Manila Symposium.
